Technical Process
Process Description
Air Compressor
Air pressure: 1.0m²/ 30kgs
Function: Provides the bottle molding machine enough air
pressure to blow and mold the bottle.
Air Filter
Function: Filter the compressed air to make sure that there is no any dust inside the air.
Preform Heating Device
Function: PET bottle Preforms will be placed on the rotary
preform heating device. Then the preforms are heated as
they are sent into the heating device.
Bottle Blow Molding
Mold Cavity:
1 cavity for 5 to 10L bottle
2 cavities for 200ml to 3L bottle
Function: The heated preform is placed and fixed in the
opened botle mold. And then the mold close as we press
the start button. Air will be injected into the mold and the
PET bottle is formed.
Then the bottle will be used for beverage filling production or the filling of other liquid products.
