Technical Process
Process Description
Air Compressor
Function:
High pressure air compressor: provides enough air pressure for bottle molding process
Low pressure air compressor: provides enough air pressure for the running of other parts of the machine
Air Filter
Function: Filter the compressed air to make sure that there is no any dust inside the air.
Air Tank
Function: Storing the high pressure air.
Cooling and drying machine
Functions: This machine cools and dries the air before it is
compressed into the molding machine.
Chiller
Functions: This machine cools the molding machine by
water circle, so that It prevents the molding machine from
over-heated after long time working.
Preform Unscrambling Machine
Function: PET bottle Preforms will be unscrambled and
conveyed to the preform heating part.
Preform Heating Part
Function: PET bottle Preforms will be heated slowly in the
heating part. They are conveyed into the preform heating
part by the preform unscrambling machine.
Bottle Blow Molding
Function: As the preforms are heated, they will be
conveyed and fixed into the bottle mold. After that the mold
is closed. Then as the high presure air is injected into the
prefrom, the bottle is formed.
Then the bottle will be used for beverage filling production or the filling of other liquid products.
